“What’s wrong with our house” is the most African answer ever, I had that plenty of times! 😂😂😂

They forget "do I look like a money tree" and "does it look like money grows on trees"

As a parent now  “Because I said so” is option A at all times lol

I can't wait until you guys are dads and you are the ones doing the "excuses" ... coz at the moment I'm comfortably coming up with my excuses. 😂😂😂

"VIRUS! VIRUS! EVERYDAY, VIRUS!" that's a hook.

4:55 my mom would be like “because there are men in the house” and then when there are no men she’ll say, “because I don’t know them” and then when there are 0 men, she knows them well, her response is purely “because”

The sleepover one is valid. We don't know who is a pervert and who isn't and thats the end of it.

Couldn't have sleepovers bc "Uno nunca sabe." (you never know)

“Cus I said so….” Always killed me as a kid!

Naw but sleepovers can be horrible to many fucked up ppl in this world . I just read a news article about something involving a sleep over . As a parent I get why a lot of mothers say no to sleep overs .

As a kid I definitely agree the whole no sleepover thing was jarring. But to be honest one of the trending stories on Twitter right now is it a father of a 12-year-old girl drugged all the girls smoothies with benzos at her sleepover so I can't really say that I blame my parents anymore now I understand

When yall have kids, you'll understand the to happy thing. Kids are reckless when they're to excited.

As a parent now, I can understand the sleepover ting. I can’t imagine my child in someone else’s home. At night? Nah we’re good on that one. 😂

Damn I came to the comments to read and realized y'all just uploaded 😭😭

The "I had a dream" thing always made me so livid

I heard some of these as a kid. Sleepovers were for CERTAIN family member's houses only. When my mother was younger, she had A LOT of friends who were assaulted at sleepovers. She was heavy on the "they can come here, but you can't go there". When I became a parent, I took the time to explain to my son on a level that he could understand why my answer was no. He'd still be mad sometimes, but it was always a valid reason he could understand.

I tell my daughter the park is closed, then we end up driving past and it’s full of kids playing 💀🤣

Cause Y comes before Z.😅😂😮 she was serious.

The" because I dont know them "is a valid reason

"I don't think I'll have any fun because of what I did" 😂 James is a sweetheart
