Omg! Yes, running 🏃 is hard. Takes consistency. I started running 2-3x a week and I get it. I run a mile in 11-12 min and I feel so slow but is a work in progress. I love to run! Is therapy for my mind and soul. You go girl! We got this 💪🏻💜

Just starting is progress. I’ve been trying to start my running journey for a year I get on the treadmill. I stay consistent for a bit and then I stopped completely. I regret it so much and the cycle continues. 3:18

Can someone help me understand that carbs are healthy for running, I’m in training for the LAPD and switching my keto diet has been hard.

Um noooo where are you???? 😭😭😭 why can’t I seeeee youuu??? I don’t like thisssssssss 😩😅😅
