In the latter part of the video, the character utilizes the new Brook Haven update features to decorate and rebuild his house with various items (40:11 - 41:21):

Special Room: He constructs a new area using glass elements which he color-coordinates to blue, and adds a door to complete the structure.
Aquarium: Following a suggestion from Bob's cousin, he adds an aquarium with fish to his home (40:51 - 41:01).
Customization: He experiments with the new item tools, such as resizing objects (like chairs and spoilers) and changing their textures and colors, allowing him to create unique furniture and even an unconventional, oversized car setup (41:04 - 41:50).
