This guy was in my basic training platoon for the army. he has always been this way and been this well articulated. He is a good guy.

20 yrs of my 38 yrs of living black, I’ve felt the same feelings he is describing. I’ve been compared to Uncle Ruckus and generally just seen as out of it because I’ve never accepted the degeneracy. Hearing this young man and the “black fatigue” conversation being more out in the open is something I never thought would be. I’m not articulate enough & full of so much rage to speak openly but hoping one day to join the conversation. Thank you sir for speaking nothing but the truth! ❤

As a 52 year old black man who was raised in heart of the south side of Chicago ive seen and experienced this dysfunction. Even in some family members. This young man is absolutely 1000% accurate on every topic that was addressed. He is well ahead of the curve. I didnt figure it out until i was in my late 30s. My mother kept explaining it to me but ultimately sometimes experience is your best teacher. Kudos to him 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 im proud of you Andre! We need more like u brotha 🙏🏾

He’s talking about “the content of their character”.

Being a black guy myself, Andre really opened up my eyes to how black people really act. And it's true the ones who listen are saved the ones who don't listen they deserve all that they get for not wanting to do better. I am 23 and he is 25. I didn't think we were just 2 years apart from each other and thinking alike.

I have been saying stuff for years about how dumb other black people act and how they make us look bad. And when I found Andre he really spoke what I say and more. He is an inspiration and the key to a better future for black people. Everyone should listen to him.

He's saying the quiet part louder than I've ever heard it. This is very brave of this man.

the black people who need to hear this the most won't get this in their algorithm

I am in shock that he's only 25! Way ahead of his age, and absolutely intelligent. God bless you.

As a black man raised in plainfield NJ, this man is telling no lies. I saw from an early age how music and media tried to manipulate and convince black people that crime, promiscuity and ignorance is cool

It's rare that this subject is talked about .

42 year old Indian born and raised in America. We need this conversation about my people too, especially the recent transplants with no civic sense that destroyed the reputation we used to have in the 80s and 90s. Communities have to police themselves and not just blind loyalty to support the lowest common denominator in a tribal form.

I'm watching this at work and I had to fight back tears in my eyes. I'm a 54 year old black man who has been saying this very same thing, albeit perhaps not so eloquently, but it has always fell on deaf or hostile ears so I gave up. Meanwhile, I sit back with my 6 figure salary while watching my people struggle just as much if not more then they were when I was a poor child growing up in Guthrie, Oklahoma. I tried to show them the way but they refuse to listen. Thank you to this young man for striving to do what I could not. I've only wanted to see blacks live as comfortable and be as respected as the white people who befriended me along my journey to success.
