Imagine visiting a true masterpiece of modernist architecture in São Paulo — a house built in 1969, with exposed concrete, striking lines and timeless beauty. In this video, I take you to see (or see again!) the iconic João Marino Residence, designed by Sylvio Sawaya and listed by CONDEPHAAT.

At the time of filming, the house was still the home of architect Débora Lima. Today, it has gained a new life: it has become the headquarters of CAMP — a cultural center dedicated to the preservation, study and dissemination of modern architecture in São Paulo.

The space has been carefully restored and houses a library, auditorium, exhibition, digitalization and training rooms. All this inside a house that continues to impress with its elegance, history and presence.

If you love architecture, beautiful houses and inspiring projects, this video is an invitation to be moved by a true living heritage. A video that deserves to be seen (and seen again).
