i had a guy trespass onto a friend's property where i had permission to hunt. i found him hunting, and told him he was treapassing. his answer was "i have permission from the previous owners!" i just stared at him blankly until he cracked, and admitted he was wrong. he then tried hanging his treestand on a different part of the property. i found it, and took it. he had been told to leave the property, and was still poaching the land. he called the cops on me....i told them the whole story, and that he forfeited his property by breaking the law with it. they mostly agreed, but asked that i give him back his treestand, and would stay off the property. so i went to the dollar store, and bought a bottle of the nastiest shitty perfume i could find, and covered his treestand with it. soaked the seat cushion, and poured it down into the tubes of the frame.....then gave it back to him.
