I’m 65 , still surfing, just retired. I’m old but still pretty healthy, not gonna to get any younger 🤷‍♂️I Plan on spending all of January & February 2026 in Siargao.
Your video helped my stoke .
Thanks

Was here last Nov and i kid you not, we experienced the so called “Siargao cursed” will be coming back again in a few months… missin the island soooo much

It's hard to keep a secret like this because it is really wonderful but I hope the more people come to this place that we could maintain the raw beauty it has but that's sadly not going to be the reality.

I like your version of rip tide, it's kinda nostalgic and laid-back

I think the answer to 6:01 is the People. Filipinos, in general, are just some of the most welcoming, accommodating people out there—not all, but the majority. Siargao is such a beautiful place, and I'm sad I was not able to visit two years ago because of the super typhoon. But soon, I will. 🥰

Believe it or not 30 years ago when i used to travel around that part of island, no one seemed to be interested going there, till foreigner tourists started to visit.even Filipinos ftom Manila, Luzon area won't even dare to come.because the Mindanao island used to have so many kidnapping happening, specially in the south of Mindanao, now Mindanao is most popular island to visit and explored.

I'm happy to have surfed there back in 2009 already...before everything changed on the Island...

Love the story telling and the artistic way that you filmed and edited your video 🎉 Siargao is a dream

The song riptide really suits the video. What a life!❤

Tom and Huck were in Siargao too!🙃🙂

Anyone going in March 2026 & want to meet up?? Coming from Texas 😁

They say third times the charm! Siargao is like no other… will be coming back on April! So excited! Feels like a week isnt enough to explore this majestic paradise

Been there last October and it was so wonderful experience

Been to Siargao last December that Island has something other Island doesn't have. I'm glad you enjoy your stay.

Used to go surfing there on the rare day it was good  now even in total junk surf it is crowded from one end of the island to the other

this gives me hawaiian vibes.

The Siargao Curse. TYSM for your appreciation, guys. I love your 4k vid --- and the realization. Stay sober and safe always. Goodvibes only. Cheers!🤙🏻

Wow there’s a lot of beautiful things and places to see. Amazing ❤

Siargao is pretty much Philippines' Hawaii. La Union and Baler is like that too.
Has that surfers' paradise vibe. I hope it never gets to a Bali type touristy feel.
Shaka brah!🤙🏼

Power or no power?Still worth it considering how stunning the whole Island is!Enjoy life!!!❤❤❤
