I suppose if you had called your private butler to schlep all the way across the resort to simply bring you a lousy straw, he would have set that bartender straight and escalated it to the food and beverage manager. It's a shame that a $0.10 straw remains one of your key memories as summarized in the conclusion. Nice video, as always, Tim!!

Not only the straws but the fact that she didn't even greet you and say something along the lines of, "Hello, I will be right with you." Moments like that can't help but stick out.

This might be one of the only resorts I would want to stay at. Not only because of the 18+ but there seems to be plenty of things to do.
The watersports, the outdoor games, the bikes, multiple beaches, multiple pools..
Plenty of food and places to sit.
Love this one Tim.

I would say being from a Caribbean island myself that I am not surprised by the customer service. It is a problem in a lot of the islands, some may be better than others, but overall not the best. It is a well put together hotel though and looks lovely.

Place is beautiful❤ but the staff does seem to be unhappy to be there probably because they’re drastically underpaid… and probably not treated well. That’s usually how that goes…. So definitely a management issue…. But I definitely don’t like the feeling when you’re a customer asking for something and people treat you like you’re bothering them. Don’t like that at all but again the place is stunning.

The menus are in plastic because of the humidity. They get wrecked if they are damp all the time. Love Sandals, we’ve been many times! Great video!

We mainly go on cruises, and we absolutely believe a happy crew will result in a happy cruise. I hope you reported your feelings on a survey or directly to management. That's the kind of thing that will make sure people don't come back.
