David Swift, who has been accused of murdering his wife, Karen Swift, in October 2011 after she was found dead in an old Tennessee cemetery, was found not guilty by a Tennessee jury on charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and attempted second-degree murder. The jury was hung on the charge of voluntary manslaughter, resulting in the court declaring a mistrial for that charge.
