I was raised Mormon and I too went “eww Mormon?” So your preconceived notions on them are correct.

"Im going to try not to swear"
2026: continues to swear even more than he used to

7:10 You are 100% correct. Church often becomes a place perfect for exploit. I will say that as a Mormon there have been church wide rules added to ensure children are never alone with an adult. Evil people exist everywhere, we must always be diligent.

Greasy ... Just because it's a bias doesn't mean it's not true. Biases aren't always wrong just because it's a bias.

Oooh less swearing. You don't even understand what swearing is. How is telling someone "fuck you" swearing? You're not swearing to anything. You're not swearing to fuck you. Nor is the other person you're yelling at. What does the word "shit" have to do with swearing? People have incorrectly conflated saying a socially inappropriate word to "swearing," somehow, and that's ridiculous. The idea of "swearing" comes from the idea of "swearing to God." You know, getting angry or annoyed and saying, "Dammit, I swear to God, if you don't hurry up, I'm going to literally kick you in the ass." THAT is swearing. It's making a pact with God and not following through with it. THAT is swearing. Saying, "I have to take a shit" is merely saying a word society has, for whatever inexplicable reason, deemed unfit for polite conversation. It is not a sin. It is not somnething God gives a shit about. What's ironic is that the ONE aspect of swearing that God doesn't like is the ONE aspect of swearing no one really cares about: When someone says, "I swear to God." People say it all the time and no one cares about that. But say "fuck" or "shit" or one of those words and some people go apeshit. And there's no reason for it. There is NOTHING wrong with words like "fuck" or "shit" or "ass" or "damn" or "hell" or "bitch" etc. etc. Some words, like ass and bitch are actual words in use to describe certain animals. "Ass" is a word in frequent use in the Bible itself!
Do you know why arranging letters to form words is called "spelling"? It's because, a long time ago, when the vast majority of the world's population was illiterate, people thought the ability to make words was literal magic. Arranging those squiggly nonsensical runes to form a word that people understood - that truly was magic to them. Language is a magical thing, even today, it seems filled with unknowns. People used to believe that words carried power - as well as curses - that you could cast magic spells if you knew the right letter combinations like "Abracadabra" and "hocus pocus" (well, not really THOSE phrases, but you know what I mean). This is why making words from letters is called "spelling." And idiots today STILL act like words have magical powers and thus get all strangely opposed to words like "fuck" ... which has no moral bearing whatsoever. Just some food for thought - to give an idea of how stupid the entire idea of saying "bad words" really is. And shoud make YouTube feel like it just walked out of the Dark Ages with all of it's stupid censorship of half the English language. Yeah. Screw you, YouTube.

I feel sorry for Nova, falling for the God delusion. Though he was already susceptible to it considering he used to go to church on a regular basis - until they booted him. Imagine, a church booting someone instead of doing the Christian thing and trying to help the poor guy. Imagine that.
Sorry, but I do believe any religion that demands you put a "god" at the apex of your pyramid - even above your own children, parents, siblings - is toxic from the beginning. I've always said the three "god-fearing" religions are morally bankrupt. And they are. Ever hear about Hindus strapping on a bomb and blowing up a bus station or pizza parlor full of young people? No. Ever hear about a group of Shintos flying 4 planes into buildings with the aim of killing 50,000 people? No. Ever hear about a militant group of Taoists wanting to behead a teacher for naming a teddy bear "Muhammed"? You get the idea. It's pathetic.
After all, look who is at war right now? Look who is killing each other in Iran right now? Oh right ... Christians, Jews, and Muslims. Again. You know - the "god" religions. Don't see any Animists in there. Or Confucianists, or Buddhists. No Wiccans, no Pagans, and certainly no Atheists. It's the same crap -- the same three religions. And though all three worship the exact same god, they STILL slaughter each other like human life means nothing. And it's not even religion vs. religion. No. It's usually religion against itself. More Muslims are killed by other Muslims than are killed by Christians or Jews. Because even their own denominations can't get along. Protestant vs. Catholic, Shi'a vs. Sunni, Ultra-Orthodox vs. Orthodox vs. Non-Orthodox, Conservative vs. Liberal, Literal interpretations vs. Metaphorical Interpretations ... it's NONSENSE, and tens of millions of people have died fighting over what is essentially whose work of fiction is more believable! It's like dying in a war over whether or not Superman can beat up Mighty Mouse. It's that stupid! And here we are ... after 20 YEARS of fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, we're right back there fighting Shi'a Muslims again in Iran.
And THIS is the legacy of religion -- oppression, hatred, bigotry, racism, misogyny, prejudice, intolerance, terrorism, infanticide, genocide, fratricide ... all of the -cides are involved. Imprisonment. Torture. Exile. Warfare. Authoritarianism. Totalitarianism. The suppression of science and the fight against knowledge and progress. The destruction of art. The desecration of other religions. The cover-ups of gigantic pedophile rings and the trafficking of children for sex. Collaboration with the Nazis. The Catholics even beatified a guy who ruled as a tyrant in Eastern Europe (names escape me) who didn't even bother gassing people. They were thrown into the ovens ... alive. And this is somehow good? Why is it that the bulk of American Christendom support almost fanatically Donald Trump? One of the most immoral men to ever hold the office of President? HOW can Christianity support a man who, by their very own scripture, deserves the death penalty FOUR TIMES for cheating on all 4 of his wives. Remember that adultery carries a death penalty in the OT. Just. Like. Homosexuality. And yet why is it that these Christians only hate gays but give a pass to adulterers enough to elect them president? You see why religion means nothing anymore? It is NOT a reflection of good moral character. In fact, if someone blabs to me, "I'm Christian," I automatically think the opposite. He's probably some kind of a liar, cheater, theif, racist, pervert, or ... something. And that's the way it is NOVA ... funny how you would feel SO close to God. Since you have entire dioces involved in pedophile rings going back 100 years ... you'd LOVE religion, Nova. Woohoo! It's a free for all in those churches.

That necklace he showed around the 14:40 * mark is from The conqueror challenge I’m pretty sure? You pay to do a challenge, walk a set number of miles or kilometers (I’m not 100% sure if it’s in a set timeframe or at your own pace) and when you finish you get a medal. It’s between 30$-50$ USD to do. Even more for “challenge bundles”
He literally paid to walk (or “walk”; idk how easy it is to fake the steps but I wouldn’t be surprised as I’ve seen some require walking like 30 miles or more) so he could get a little medal to show off

Charity, religion and other wholesome services are often smokescreens for people with depraved behaviours. They feel like being a prominent member of a church or philanthropic is insulation for their True actions. Basically "what, not Jeff, he was such a positive member of our congregation, I just can't believe it"
