Here Rick is eating what many now consider the best beef in the world at Extebarri, now one of the hardest restaurant reservations to make in the world and he's just kind of like, ye my chef mate in Oz told me about this Spanish lad that bbq's stuff. This is dairy cow or whatever. Then tastes it and is like Holy bejaysus.
Those peas too, the guy wasn't being misty eyed and sentimemtal calling them the caviar of the land, as it seemed Rick thought, with his he compared peas to caviar, isn't that cute sort of tone. Those particular peas are indeed one of the rarest and most expensive vegetables in the world! Of course Ricky knew about the prawns though ha!
