I should start a podcast at this point I’m so sorry for my long videos, but I have so much knowledge I want to share with all of you, I really love you thankyou for the support! I hope everyone that sees this gets everything their heart desires and more ♥️♥️♥️
I just want to tell you something guys. I'm just 25 years old, I have learned one thing , never ever trust on your family. Make your own life's decisions. Never let your parents to interfere into your life. Sometimes they make wrong decision to make others happy. This is your life. Do whatever you want but never disrespect to your parents.
im 14 and i sit at home everyday. im slowly rotting on my bed and i dont have friends and im very insecure, but that was the old me. Thanks to Liz my new version will have friends, radiate confidence and will live my teenage dream.
Lmao why does this have sm of likes 😭 but tyy y’all are so sweet in the replies 💗💗
Edit: I got friends after like 3 years and I’m so much more confident. 😭 I look hotter and I can see physical and mental changes in myself after following queen liz. Even my family keeps pointing how I’m different. This is so crazy cuz before I found this video I wanted to end my life and I went to therapy and always thought that getting high and drinking would solve my problems . Now Look at me, boys are noticing me, I can now deal with the trauma in my life, I’m gaining more self love and I just love life in general. I’ve also been praying a lot and building a relationship with god and trying to get healthy habits like drinking more water and working out( I don’t do this a lot tho) but thank you liz you seriously changed my life. Thank you for the wake up call. Ik my 14 yr old self would be happy abt 15 yr old(my age right now) me
You also have to ask yourself from time to time "Is the highest version of myself really MY ideal or does it come from other people (e.g. instagram, the "that girl"-trend etc.)?"
1. ask what the best version of yourself (if you’re start doing, you’ll become her) 2. start taking small steps towards greatness (push yourself and it’s tough at first but you’ll get used eventually) 3. talk to god, ask the universe (don’t aspect help if you’re not ask) 4. let go of trying to control and start trusting it will happen (think the world is designed for you) 5. get into mindset of what would the highest version of myself do & think people like you and obsessed w you - positive affirmations 6. accept that recovery is not linear and be grateful for the bad days (some days you don’t like what you’re doing & start to question yourself but that’s okay as change yourself will hurts you and you have to take accountability) 7. fall in love with the process not the goals (the process to get there, that’s the exciting part) 8. stop talking about it and start to actually doing it (don’t mind naysayers because big dreams doesn’t fit small minded people) 9. don’t talk about it until it’s done (there’s always people who envy you, talk less and do more like don’t say anything before you’re doing it and just show people what you’re doing and accomplished your dreams) add on, stop flashing back to the past just to make you feel bad, some great things has been done and think that you’ll crash it again right now and in the future dearself :)
- People don’t owe you anything - We’re always changing, so accept it and guide the changes - No one’s going to save you - If you don’t like yourself, create a new version of yourself, an alter ego - If you start acting like your higher self, you will become her - Know what your higher self is like - Start planning your goals - What would my highest self do? - God gives us passions for a reason - Stop sugarcoating. Be honest with yourself - Listen to podcasts - Practice the law of assumption and believe in God - Stop trying to control everything. Trust that it will happen. - Get into a delusional mindset - Think everyone’s in love with you - Affirmations and praying - Fall in love with the process, not the result - Don’t tell anyone about it, just do it. - What people don’t know, they can’t ruin
feel free to add your own notes or anything i've missed!
I want to become: - confident - more interesting - more fun - Goes after my goals - hard mindset - More optimistic - Speak with more clarity and tone Edit: thank you SO SO MUCH everyone for your kindness and encouragement ahhh ❤️❤️❤️ it's crazy to think I wrote this comment 2 years ago, it's definitely been a journey since then! I'm only just starting to see massive improvement now tbh since I've been struggling with pretty bad social anxiety ... it's confusing at times feeling like I'm getting better and growing as a person only for my insecurities to bite me back again. but nonetheless, I'm proud to say I've come a long, long way xx may we all continue to strive towards becoming a better version of ourselves ✨🌸🌹💖
I am a Muslim, one night I prayed and put my intention in a specific thing (to get into medicine school in a certain college) with faith and unshakable trust i knew well that I let my destiny in the hand of the god. With good feeling I started to do my reasons I took my steps studied got full marks, applied to the college knowing there’s very limited seats and I am going to get one of them. I opened the message with (peace) I trust god. After 2 years I will graduate and become a doctor. People are strayed away I am happy to be one of the people who are in the right way 💜
THIS. This is EXACTLY what I keep trying to tell people, because it actually works. You’ve put this idea so nicely into your own words, and I think being straight forward and brutally honest was the best approach you could’ve taken. Once you get hit with a reality check and take action to visualize and “become” your alter ego/the “highest version of yourself,” the path of improvement suddenly becomes so much clearer. I’ve been doing this since my 3rd year in high school after 2 years of loathing myself, and I’m still genuinely so impressed by how much I’ve grown and changed for the better. I’m so proud of where I am today, and I can guarantee to anyone watching this video that this idea of “creating a new version of yourself” works. It’s your mindset that affects how you experience and view your life. AMAZING video 💜
