About 15 years after this song he released a song called "Headlights" which is about his relationship with his mom and how it has evolved as he's grown older. He also mentions Cleaning Out My Closet in that song and how he feels about it now. I can recommend it highly

With EM you basically have to listen to the explicit version of his songs bc the censored versions sometimes feel like a completely different song

My boy stopped generational (several maybe) curses dead in their tracks through sheer force of will. He cared for his daughter, and every child even remotely related to him and provided them with a loving home, to the point that they are all seemingly well-adjusted good people. They will never know the evil that he had to bear. That, I believe is Em's greatest message and legacy. That the hate you had to bear can be turned to love. For everyone who said that he was a bad influence, I believe he's been, throughout his life, one of the best role models ever.

"Well guess what I am dead, dead to you as can be" my favorite line

It's always so fun to watch people discover Em for the first time. Most can't get past "slim shady: my name is" but he is one of the greatest story tellers.

He found a way to make people respect him, not pity him. He's a genius and I love him too.

you are starting to understand his impact and his realness. love to see it keep it going

If you want vulnerable Em AND a musical masterpiece, you HAVE to do two songs back to back because one is a continuation of the other. #1- Castle, #2- Arose.
It’ll give you more insight into his life (and of course, full body chills)

When I first heard him when I was young.i never looked back. I can relate to his songs as I imagine millions of others do to. His music helps me get through life so far

He has touched the lives of many people....because he talks about situations that most of the time no one talks about....for me he is a great artist...I don't like all his work but he conveys his feelings to me in a a way that no one else manages to reach....it's real...and that already says a lot about him...for better and for worse....."Beautiful" The way I am" Mockinbird" Spaceboud" etc etc etc

This song was so relatable to my life as a childhood. Many differences, of course, but the themes were just too relatable.

Eminem has songs where his vocals are very impressive he can sing rather he admits it or not listen to his song “Not Afraid” the bridge in that song is perfection Please React to “Not Afraid” Music Video & “Survival” Music Video

no matter how many years has passed I still get chills listening to this song

You know what my favorite part of this song is? The shift in his voice for my favorite line, "and Hailie's getting so big now, you should see her, she's beautiful." Eminem broke the cycle of abuse. You can HEAR his love for Hailie in that line.

Your chills are actually called goosebumps.

"No wonder he's so fucking angry." Made /me/ feel seen. Thank you for this small community gathering.

It’s nice to see serious emotions from a reactor. I’d recommend doing a lot more Eminem content. There’s a ton of personal songs with a lot of story.

As a lifelong Eminem fan, I appreciate your genuine reactions to his songs. The only other reaction channel I watch is Stevie Knight. Keep up the good work 👏

I’ve been listening to hip hop my whole life. I am now 33. I have just finally realized how much I didn’t understand hip hop and it’s all because of this man right here. His cadence, his wordplay, his everything is immaculate. If you get to the point where you have an Eminem ear. His songs just hit on a new level and I’m so happy I have gone back to listen to him and his greatness which also opened up the doors to the rest of the real hip hop scene. Hip hop is an amazing art form

Eminem admits he can't sing, but that's the genius who us Marshall
