The dear Esteemed Juan Martinez is so methodical, and precise in his cross of the defense witnesses, including Arias, of course!! He is so driven, Arizona  is very blessed to have him as their prosecutor, I hope they realize that!!

Juan is brilliant, I bet Dr fog and Jodi never saw this coming back to him, about him buying the book when he is there to ASSESS. I think the judge liked Juan. Most judges are former prosecutors themselves. Every time Wilmot tried to interrupt the cross by constantly objecting and asking to approach, the judge got annoyed sometimes. Juan didn't object nearly as much as they did (at least I don't think he did to the best of my memory). The reason that many of Juan's objections when he did have them, were sustained, was because he was right! Many of defense counsel objections were not sustained because they were desperate objections. Especially Wilmot's. 'Wahhh Juan is yelling at my witness.' 1st of all, Juan never really 'yelled' at him, he may have just raised his voice at times. And plus, lawyers do that ALL THE TIME. Many lawyers are even more theatrical and louder than Juan. I'm seen lawyers really scream before at witnesses. Juan showed much patience many times with dr fog and latoillette
