edit: Seems like I forgot Incineroar. His weakest move is Down Special and it deals 2.4%

I included some extra clips if you dont like the rules.

Not sure if this counts but Kirby's neutral special does 0% damage if you don't use a secondary attack.

Cloud's weakest move is down b with limit brake *does like 1.6%

Hold bayonetta jab for a second and her bullet arts does less than 1%

2:47 I’m not sure if you would count this, since his forward tilt is basically a 3 hit jab combo. I would probably say down tilt.

Congrats Lucario and Sheik for doing less than 1%

A simple punch won't count as a weak move. However, Prowder never fails to make my day. Plus, I love how most of these videos end with Sora saying "Here we go!", as I do it along with him like a little kid.

Mr. Game & Watch was so gentle he didn't even wake up Kirby & damaged himself!

Isn't meta knights side tilt part of a combo like a jab? That wouldn't count unless I misunderstood rules
😅

0:44 Technically, I don't think the 0% pushback moves should count.
Yes, they don't inflict damage on the opponents. However, they have a strong force to push a character out of reach of a stage after using their Up B special.

Honestly, for Inkling, I expected one of their uncharged Smash attack while inkless would deal less. (to be fair, inkless roller literally deals no damage, so...)
