And the houses themselves - based on designs at the time of writing this - are boring in my opinion. Mostly square construction, and mostly white, gray, and brown colors.
And when you buy the house, you're going to be walking into a near-empty space presumably with white walls and plain flooring to keep it as universally acceptable as possible.
If you want magical housing, get ready to fork over a lot of money for renovations (assuming they let you - I'm willing to bet that there's HOA/community guidelines on how your property should be maintained).
Basically, if somebody wants to buy a Disney house they should know it's NOT going to look like a cute cottage nor castle, and on the inside it's NOT going to look like a Disney hotel resort unless they get the approval/money for it.
