Father God! Thank you for all my blessings! Please keep My Family, Friends, and I covered. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. Amen

Maybe they do tell stories, but not in the way people assume…The clothes I wear now aren’t a fashion statement. They’re pieces donated by kind strangers at a time when I had absolutely nothing. When I left my old life, I walked away with only five tops, two pairs of pants, and seven pairs of underwear. I left my makeup. I left my hair products. I left everything familiar behind.

I had to. I needed silence. I needed space. I needed to heal.

Most of all, I needed to escape, quickly and quietly. I couldn’t risk my abuser realizing what I was doing by noticing my dresser emptied out. So I packed almost nothing.

Then, one morning at 8 a.m., I got a call from the Access Line: a bed was available. That was my moment. I took it. And I never turned back.

The clothes I wear now are not just fabric, they’re symbols of survival, of the generosity of others, and of the strength it took to walk away when walking away felt impossible.

Thank you God an archangel Michael for protecting me your child amen
