Sadly, I don't think any of those courageous ladies that survived, will ever receive an "official" apology. The Japanese government will wait persistently denying the atrocities committed by their military until the very last one of them dies. When there are no remaining survivors they will consider the problem resolved.  They will never admit that these were kidnapped, enslaved and horrifically brutalised children in most cases and will continue to lie and brand those poor ladies as "paid prostitutes."

It breaks my heart to see how they suffered both physically and mentally with their pain until the day they died.

These Japanese soldiers didn't see these women as same human beings as themselves. In the video it said "those comfort women were considered as military supplies." To them they were merely like combat boots they use to be worn off and replace...

These women must never be forgotten!

Like here in the Philippines there were thousands comfort women during World war 2,so sad to think that many of them had suffered a lot under Japanese soldiers.Many of them has still a trauma until these days.😢😢😢😢

410,000 Comfort women from Korea, China, The Philippines, Burma, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaya, Manchukuo, Taiwan, the Dutch East Indies, Portuguese Timor, New Guinea, The Netherlands and Australia. Here in Sweden we never learn about this in school it fucking has to change! Been crying this whole documentary 😭😭💙💚
