I hope my lack of Minecraft experience doesn't make you cringe too bad! Should I do a video reviewing the most realistic Cities: Skylines cities?

“Lots of Pigs”  ten seconds later “Oh they make sounds!” The innocent wonder of this man makes me so god damn happy

“Cities aren’t built in one era”

Dubai: You dare oppose me mortal

I never thought a city planner would review a Minecraft city

one thing that really impressed me was how much you did your research beforehand. You didn't just download a bunch of maps  and reviewed them, you actually took the time to look up the background and context behind them, so props for that!

Getting mugged in a parking garage in a Chicago inspired city is surprisingly appropriate.

"it transitions very quickly from forest to downtown"  *laughs in Toronto*

There are villagers, but if they had that many, the game would lag quite a bit.

They made city’s from Minecraft a real thing!

"There are animals in Minecraft!" I mean, I get you don't know much about Minecraft, but this quote just takes the cake!

This dude really went a whole ass decade never playing Minecraft or knowing people made cities in it. Lmao

Minecraft has had Villagers for many years now, since you're in Creative Mode you can find their spawn eggs in the item menu. You also mentioned at some point in the video that you encountered some enemies in the buildings during the night, you can change that by going to the settings and changing your difficulty to Peaceful.

me: hey that looks like vancouver
guy: "inspired by vancouver-"
yOOOOOOOOOOO

👏 👏 CITY REVIEW

Even thought it's been a long time since I've played minecraft, I still think it's one of the greatest games ever made. There's simply no other sandbox game like it. As someone who grew up playing with legos, minecraft was kind of like a huge lego set, but there were no instructions or correct/wrong way to build anything. I have such fond memories of this game and I'm glad people still have an appreciation for it.

Its 4am, i have a exam in 5 hours and i'm watching this...

You should definitely check out Huntington City Project, they are more realistic building than Greenfield.

City beautiful: it’s okay

Minecraft veterans: I can barely build a mansion
