IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ 🚨

As I was trying to post this reaction, I kept being blocked by a copyright claim on the Halestorm video for a certain "Port-au-Prince" by Marie-Christine. I don't know if this is a troll copyright claim, but I had to hide the "I miss the Misery" to upload my reaction on Youtube. 😢

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, BUT I LOVED THE SONG so I still thought it was worth posting. 🩷

The normal video is on my free Patreon if you want to watch with no inconvenience. 🌸

🔥 OG CAPTION 🔥
More Halestorm today. 🤟 I need more Lzzy Hale in my life so today I’m reacting to “I miss the Misery” by Halestorm. I’m amazed by them, these good old rock vibes. As a kid who grew up in the 2000s and was a teen in the 2010s, it’s bringing back some nice memories. 🥰

Lzzy is amazing and definitely a good role model for Dany.

Two songs you have to check out are

Break In - Lzzy and Amy Lee - Amazing blending of their voices.

Shatter Me - lzzy and Lindsey Sterling

You should see if or if Love Bites (So do I). They won a Grammy for that song

Lzzy is amazing live! I had to go see Halestorm to see for myself if Lzzy was really that great, and she didn't disappoint! Here are a few more great songs from Halestorm, "Darkness Always Wins", "Mz Hyde", "Love Bites, (And So Do I)", "Back from the Dead", "I Get Off", "Mayhem", and "Freak Like Me"! Lzzy's brother RJ is the drummer, btw!

So many goofy faces were involved in this 🤣It's crazy how much AreJay sounds like Lzzy when he sings, sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.

The hardest working band in rock. I've already made suggestions in other videos, that others are echoing here. I'll just say that Halestorm (imo) single-handedly kept rock alive for about a decade and deserve all the kudos in the world for it. I think Lzzy knows this and is at least partially why she's been so supportive of The Warning since they broke through.

I bet you’ll like “Here’s to Us” and “Freak Like Me” by them🙂🤘

Halestorm - Love Bites
Lzzy at her best!
But also Dear Daughter is another empowering tune I play for my daughter. This dad teaches his daughter the importance of a powerful woman!

I really like Halestorm's 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th studio albums. They are a great live band. "Live From Wembley" is a very good live album/ concert video.

My favorite song from them was never even a single or video (though someone made a good lyric video for it) and it's called I Like It Heavy. And if you are primarily dealing with women, you really need to do the Metal Queen herself, Doro Pesch. She started off as the lead singer of Warlock in the 80s and started using her own name in 1989 and she's still going strong. I just flew to Germany to see her this last June and I'll be doing so again next June.

Just gotta love Halestorm and really gotta love Lzzy.
A few recommendations for you:
I Am The Fire

Break In (with Amy Lee studio performance)

Shater Me (with Lindsey Sterling)

The Native Howl - Mercy ft. Lzzy Hale

Separate Ways (Journey cover) Daughtry and Lzzy

I Get Off live at Wembley but you have to pull it from the full performance video because the cut one for that song cut out a big important section of Lzzy doing Crazy On You. start 10:30 ends at 17:50. It is well worth it to check out.
