Better late than never – update time!

I'm back from my France trip and there is so much to unpack. I'm thinking of doing a comback to livestreaming soon to update you all properly, but to make things shorter here: the trip was absolutely amazing!

For those who didn't follow my updates the last couple of weeks: I traveled to the western coast of France to attend a music creator retreat and to meet up with other musicians to spend some time together, make music together and simply enjoy life. See it as a cozy and relaxing combo of vacation and creative collaboration. We cooked together, we had a super nice barbecue and went swimming in the sea. The house was RIGHT next to the ocean, it was a 5 minute walk to the water. The weather was amazing, too!

But most importantly: the people were incredible. I felt super comfy around everyone (it helped that I met most of them irl already), but I was able to be myself from day 1. I think you all know how rough I had it the past few years leading to me almost giving up my whole life some months ago. I felt burnt out, chewed out, left out and lonely in a very strange way. And while this week won't fix things for good for me, it reminded me of how much I enjoy being around people that are accepting, kind and wholesome.

It also reminded me to treasure all of you guys as much as I can. You've become such an important support system for me and I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say you're saving my life every single day.

Now that the retreat is over, it's time to face real life again. And you know what?
I feel a little braver now.

After studying for 14 hours for straight 6 days now, i was here thinking whether im in the right direction or not, or did i make a wrong decision by choosing this path. Everyone around me is enjoying to their fullest, living their lives, socialising. And here i am, an extrovert whom everyone loved, now all alone, just because i abandoned everyone for this dream of mine. Everyday after continuously studying for 12 hours, i take a break for 30 mins, just to listen to your music rice, cause it is the only thing that gives me peace and clarity, and overall understands me. Thank you rice 🥲. Without your music, i would have nothing to hold on to and would have eventually lost everything that makes me human 💫. Hope youre enjoying your trip. Will be waiting for your diary 😁👍

the beauty to life, is the the repair
not in questions we say aren't fair

to care, is to weight our own strength
when at your weakest, our wavelength
this resonance of when we are "broken"
this, is when your at your strongest

where our greatest senses are awoken
so do not be misspoken, in who you are.
your not to late, your not really lost either.
just under a storm, the weathers of life.

speak to that space you reside within
what questions hide in you, as answers
not in "did i fail?", but "where do i begin?"
before anything but a childish sense stirs

to hope, to love, to dream, its remarkable
even in heartbreak i found, my beauty in repair
in despair i found my dream, to just be myself
in the end that "just", that question is hidden wealth

I dream, of a day in this little big world  
when we stop weighting our possibilities
people and things as values to be claimed
i think that is broken, in words we token, change

see, the impossible is already happening
here in a monument, a shrine we estrange
we are all strangers in this way, in doubt
yet, that softness woven in who you are

that isn't broken, or clout to be valid
nor is it lost here, in my poet's love ballad
i noticed, we live in a careful devaluation era
the re-evaluation of "needs" a hive mind blind

not to belittle or decent into condescension
but to realize, negativity has a concertation
in a way, we become what we believe, truly.
so, forget everything, unlearn what isn't you

remember who you are, always in creed
not in likes we feed, but in hope we seed
hold that brokenness forever a part of you
forever be honest, brave, and childish

love is being honest, care is in a heart's flow
where vulnerability become a lighthouse's glow

because being weak, being kind
that is the bravest thing i know
its a choice we all hold, or find
just as i write here, my presence

love is bespoken, its a part of all living things, our might.

The beauty to my life, the repair I now recite,

This is literally my go-to study music . Whenever i feel like i can't concentrate, i just up one of these videos, and even listening for 5 minutes is enough. It brings my mind to peace. I don't know what magic you have in your hands, but i am so grateful for your music , its the only kind of music that brings my mind to peace ❤ i love your music rice , keep going

I was making a playlist of everything and switched from in the middle of listening to one set of your music to this. As I have been since I started listening to your music years ago and falling off and on just with life- I'm eternally grateful for your work.
