That is THE strangest layout and energy is off. First time to ever feel this way. Thanks Julia and Presello Team🙏🏻❤️🌟🤦‍♀️

Kudos to Julia and Presello for trying to make this property look seamlessly livable. But honestly, it’s not—it has one of the worst floor plans.

I just wish they had installed a dumbwaiter connecting the first-floor kitchen to a butler’s pantry on the second floor for easier food transfers. Nakakaawa ang staff, having to go up and down constantly just to prep and serve meals in the dining area.

Even having the three bedrooms situated on separate floors doesn’t really give the owners much privacy. That’s because every floor also serves as an entertainment or receiving area for guests and visitors.

The first-floor bedroom is beside the kitchen, the second-floor bedroom shares the floor with the formal living room, dining area, and bar, while the third-floor bedroom is on the same level as the pool.

So wala ka talagang choice but to say hi to visitors, even when you don’t feel like mingling. The layout makes it difficult for the owners to have a truly private space away from guests.

it's so messed up. imagine you have to go upstairs for dining while the kitchen is on the ground floor

It would've been a fantastic house only if the kitchen wasn't underwhelming. It felt like it was just an after thought. Too many living areas.

Gives me probinsyanong OFW na yumaman vibes.

What is that kitchen... And the overall feel and layout is just everywhere. 😭 Kudos for the attempt haha

Wait tawang tawa ako sa wardrobe tas pag open mo toilet and bath HAHAHAHHA narnia ang peg 😂 tapos may door palabas HAHAHAHHAAH

Laki laki ng bahay 3 rooms lang and 2 car port. So yung gagamit ng last room need pa lumabas para mkapasok sa living and dining. What if may bagyo? Pahirapan tlga! 😅

Very confusing, weird lay-out! I don’t understand how the architect design this house.

@omgnetwork5231 3 months ago

If I look at each space on its own - it looks good... or at least it should be. Like if I were scrolling through a photo album featuring this house on FB or AirBnB.
But seeing the whole picture, the layout and how the spaces relate to one another, as well as the flow plan, this must be the first time I'd ever say this : ang pangit.

@Austini_luxe 3 months ago

Parang hindi luxurious yung vibe ng 1st floor, sa 2nd floor nalang gumanda. Then yung kitchen nakabungad kasunod ng receiving area which is plain looking kitchen walang something hahhaha medyo naguluhan ako nacc.

@annakinannz 1 month ago (edited)

Instead of a bedroom, it could have been the entertainment room and the bar, on the 3rd level where the swimming pool is.

The bar on the 2nd level can be the kitchen where the dining is.

While the 1st level can still have 2 bedrooms.
