One thing I absolutely love about Mr May is his sheer joy at catching absolutely anything swimming, so many anglers these days are so focused on the biggest and best and have lost that joy of spending a day catching the little guys just for fun, never change Andy your an absolute legend mate. As always another brilliant video from the winning ways team. Thanks guys.

You are far from waffling andy you explain it really well when you go into one 😅

I used to in hard winter use a magwise feeder and cut a piece of foam to fit feeder.....would soak it in corn steep/chopped worm.... fished with corn/worm ...still catching today 😊

Thanks Andy. It was informative

Thanks Andy, valuable lesson 😍

Cheers Andy. I do love feeding those magwize!!!

This is my favourite. Also the first I leant.

Andy, are you going to show some vids showing all the new in line feeders etc.

Great  video andy

Great information given fair play.

Great video andy, this like the waggler is a dieing method,
Used to use this method in the middle of winter ,when nothing else was biteing!
👍

I tried a maggot feeder the other day, as it was blowing an absolute hoolie, and even a short pole was a no no. I didn't do too badly either, with a mixed bag, including a very good bream. But after watching your video Andy, I have picked up some very  useful tips, particularly the type of rod rest, twitching the feeder, how long to leave the feeder in ect. But the two tips I had never even thought about, were dipping the feeder before the cast, and slow sinking/floating maggots. I will definitely be trying these next time out.

Also. I think the magwise stuff. is actually...pronounced and spelt as

'Mogwai's'... in honour of the great Scottish band Mogwai. ( touring In FEB)

15:48 😂

Good video is your rod straight in front of you it looks like that or is there a angle to the feeder

How long is the short leg you use on the side

Would you add liquid flavouring's to the maggot feeder in winter, squeeze into the holes or dip in a glug?

I'm a newbie and I have a question: if I change the bait constantly like that, is it possible that there are too many magots in the bait nest?

Why are longer hook lengths better because the hook will be further away from the feed or am I looking at it all wrong?

Brilliant vid again andy 👏  can I ask one question what maggot feeder do you use, I would love to try it the ones I use are side loaded if that makes sense but the bomb type my local shop don't seem to stock 😀 tight lines
