空港についてから預け荷物を受けとるのって、入国審査が終わった後ですか？それとも前ですか？？

Uberに乗られて、空港発の時間が18時5分となっていましたが、飛行機が着いて、入国審査や、荷物のピックアップ等、空港を出るまで2時間も掛かりますか？
勿論、その時の混み具合で違う事は重々承知しておりますが、参考までお聞きできればと思いまして。
