ShaVaughn, I'm a rising senior in college studying for the MCAT this summer and let me tellll you, you have been CARRYING me through this season of studying. 12:24 this is actually very considerate and refreshing to hear that someone is concerned about strangers appearing in their vlogs. As a Muslim woman many of us prefer private lifestyles and can’t with people randomly catching us in their videos. It’s a public space though so I turn my face away when I see people recording 😂. I have a professor as well that doesn’t like being in videos without consent, meaning religious or not, these people do exist. So I’m the same way when I make vlogs, I try my very best to give people their privacy and always thought I was being extra by considering this.

No, dead ass, that was my first year, specifically not getting the grades that I wanted. I passed, don't get me wrong, compared to other people that I know or those that decided to drop out. I hold myself to a very high standard and want to do everything I can. Yes, I understand that this didn't happen, and it was hurtful that I didn't get what I wanted. Looking at my grades, I excelled in other areas with flying colors and didn't have to work as hard. But girl, trust me, I understand.

This is a very random comment but it was so interesting to hear your perspective… you feel like you have a small channel/community but some people have maybe less than 100 followers so they would consider your channel pretty big. 😊 I am a psychology student (I don’t vlog) and have no plans of going into the medical field but I enjoy watching people like you that actually vlog their journeys 😊 it helps to know I’m not alone with balancing all the things it takes to finish college

It's so exciting seeing you transition from being strictly in the books to now in rotations! I look forward to watching you continue to progress over the next several years. Your hair looks so lovely, it looks professionally done. I was like ooh she got some moneyyyy lol. I'm not going into med school but I enjoy watching your videos anyway because I'm so inspired by you. I surely hope that imposter syndrome kicks rocks because honeyyy, like you said, you are that girl! I also got a good laugh thinking we were headed to the coffee shop lol.
