After a blockbuster Part 1, Sameer Anjaan is back, and Part 2 is ready to take the conversation to another level. 🎶🔥
From asking whether a film can truly be a hit with its music but not without it, to revealing how Nadeem-Shravan initially didn’t want to cast Ajay Devgn, Sameer takes us through some fascinating stories from his decades in the industry.
He talks about working with David Dhawan, the story behind 'Dulhe Ka Sehra', why films often become a mirror of society, and the pressure of writing a song when the deadline is closing in but the words simply aren’t coming. He also revisits 'Lag Ja Gale' and imagines how different the song could have been without its iconic tune.
And then comes the man behind some of Hindi cinema’s most memorable romantic songs, Sameer opens up about his own journey, his favourite music directors, his beautiful Kashmir experience, how he continues to stay connected with people from the industry, and the checklist he believes a songwriter needs to have.
From nostalgia and craft to stories, life lessons, audience questions, and a rapid-fire, Part 2 has it all.
After the love Part 1 received, this one is ready to make its own noise. 🎙️✨
