The production choices were exciting, and it showcased some of his best songwriting yet.  also are you listening yet was such a GROWER, love that track after plenty listens! Im obsessed with this album and I am so confused about the negative reception

saw another reactor saying that if this were an album made by any other artists that wasn't harry people would be raving about it, which is true (although i do understand this might not be to some people's taste) but it is exceptionally produced. harry's house was my favorite album from him but this tops easily. my favorite track is ready, steady, go.

Reaction to POP is so me !!!!! LETS GOOOO

EXACTLY my reaction!!!! It´s such an amazing album and it feels like a much more mature version of harry´s house

Pop is the best song on this album

I'm not afraid to say that Harry Styles is the ONLY male artists that changes in his every era. That is difficult to find and to be nowadays. It's hard to be different when everything is already done, but he alwasy does it.
This is also the first album of his, in almost 10 years of his solo career, that I liked it at the first listen entirely. I still have to read the lyrics but the production is amazing.
I'm so proud of you Hazza ❤️

P.S. his debut still my fav.

I have been watching reaction videos for 5 or 6 years, and have watched hundreds of videos, and I don't think I have come across your videos before now.I love this reaction and will watch more of your videos, especially after seeing Jeff Buckleys Grace album cover on the wall behind you, that sold you for me. Are you Listening yet is a fantastic song, give it a chance, it will grow on you.

girl omg you said everything I thought while listening for the first time!!! season 2 weight loss is also my fav song from the album and I cried so hard when I realised this song is literally for the fans. this is my fav album and I get when people don't get it actually. I really love the new harry

I didn't like the album at first listen, but now you knocked some sense into my head😭 I love it now

I’m a new Harry listener aside from what’s passed me by on the radio and I’ve been listening to this album on repeat for three days now! I love driving the hour to work and listening to this from beginning to end the whole way there.

The “paint by numbers” metaphor is about being taught and trained to behave and act in certain ways throughout your life, whether just socially or perhaps molded in the music industry, and the “colors running” is indicating that even when you try to do everything you’ve been taught, you’ll end up messing up anyways because you’re only human. I think it also relates to the idea of being an “artist” but the industry you’re in has forced boundaries around creativity in order to appeal to certain audiences. And doing that seems to be something that Harry was getting burned out on before his break.

I think the people who are calling the writing in this album “shallow” are really just upset that they’re not having the meaning of a song spelled out to them directly.

I honestly find Season Two Weight Loss to be incredibly sad and vulnerable 😭 like- leaving after season one and coming back changed after working hard on yourself and just hoping that the people waiting for you will still love you?? Begging them and holding on because even if you seem different it’s still the same core person?? Idk I might be projecting by damn 😭

I also love Coming Up Roses! The orchestral instruments really add a classic romantic vibe, which fits almost ironically with the song (at least I think!) being about a relationship that seems too good to be true, too safe to feel secure, and wanting to introduce more risk and conflict because you know how to handle a tumultuous relationship better than the new experience of something genuine and stable.

Idk I really think this album is for people who have been permanently altered by their past life experiences and have been forced to grow because of them. Freedom and rediscovery and finding who you are and your place in your community.

I really related to this whole album a lot. I went through a sudden and awful and drawn out divorce after 10 years with a person. It’s three years later and I’m a completely different person in appearance and attitude- I have tattoos and piercings, I’ve lost 150lbs, I’ve gotten into fashion and made new friends and actually love myself. But I’m still me at the same time! Still the kid who talked too much and doodled pictures for her friends in class. I think this album is very focused on growth through experiences while also keeping true to who you are and embracing that.

Also it’s nearly 3am omg I’m so sorry for just straight up rambling in your comments. Thank you for uploading this!! I loved the video!! 💗

Thank you for the deep analysis of this album, helped me understand it better. I appreciate it!

Loved the reaction! Season 2 weight loss is my favorite

Loveeeee season 2 weightloss. The more I listen to it, the more I love it. Lyrically, sonically, I find it so interesting and real. And POP? MASTERPIECE!

I loved your review!!! The way you feel the music, analyze the lyrics , your reactions! Great vibe girl ❤❤❤

LOVED YOUR REACTION TO POP!!!! 😂😂❤❤❤

Wow, this reaction flew by, I didn't even notice it was almost an hour! 😍
You have the best vibe, so respectful of artistry and so easy to relate to what you're saying! And I just love how deeply you feel music and lyrics but also how you spot all the intricacies of production and the mixing and stuff, ahh you're the best!
The way you understand what Harry's saying, it seems so obvious when you read the lyrics back, it's clear like a day, right? Such an amazing songwriting, almost too direct and the most transparent one from him. And the way it's one of the most misunderstood abum among fans so far is so ironic.

8:20 Your face during Ready, Steady, Go! was my face this whole album as well. I am loving this reaction bc its exactly how I was feeling. Positive, vibey, you can tell Harry was in the clubs and I have this nostalgic feeling of early 2010's alternative pop/club music.

I've been here since the 1D days and have been through every release of all his albums and this is hands down his best one. S2WL was my favorite after the first listen and still is. That one made me cry so much😭 Gets better with every listen. So damn proud of him and the rest of the 1D boys♥

I agree with you Harry didnt disappoint with this album totally love it. ❤❤❤
