"Some people want the easy path. Some people wanna fight people where they just got out of a war and don't give 'em any time to rest. And I've just never been cut from that kind of cloth. I'm a different breed." That does pretty much sum up Sean O'Malley in a nutshell lol

Sometimes the most unexpected things end up reaching us exactly when we need them. I wasn’t searching for another fitness book when I came across The Forgotten Method of Body Transformation by Andrew Parker. I was just going through the motions and feeling frustrated with myself. Something about the book made me step back and look at the patterns I had been repeating for years. It helped me understand that changing your body also means changing the habits and mindset behind it. If you’ve been feeling stuck too, maybe The Forgotten Method of Body Transformation will give you that same perspective.

Aljo a real one for saying we should focus on enforcing the rules rather than add new ones

I really wish he got thew Jean Silva match. It should have been for the number 1 contender spot

This matchup pissed me off because they made him fight down three fights in a row after they robbed him of a w over movsar. This guy is a true class act, great fighter, former Bantamweight ox of a champion and now showing his shit at featherweight and I hope he finish this dude and show why they need to give him a title shot next because he truly deserves better. Chin up Champ. Just keep knocking em down. Volk v Aljo will happen

@gentlemanfrogg 17 hours ago

Sterling is a real one for taking this fight. High risk, talented young prospect in Vallejos.

This is a tough gig for him. Would love to see him v Silva for the #1 contender.
Still think him v Volk would be an awesome scrap too. Let’s gooo Aljo 💪🏼💪🏼

Has there ever been anything more obvious that the UFC doesn't like a fighter than Aljo? Not a fan of him really, but feel awful for him. But its proof that it's better to be the whipping boy the UFC than to be "liked" and in MVP or PFL
