What if the decision you are about to make could take you in the wrong direction? What if the door you are chasing is not the door God wants you to walk through? Before you make that move, pause and pray: “God, correct my steps before I make the wrong move.”

There are moments in life when you have to make a decision, but you do not know whether you are moving in God’s direction or simply following what you want. You may feel pressure to act quickly. You may be tempted to choose what looks easiest, feels right, or seems like the best opportunity. But sometimes the greatest wisdom is not found in moving faster—it is found in stopping long enough to ask God for direction.
