How wonderful after the last teaching and not to let yourself sink down, to now see this teaching - the sinking down can occur, and then great teachings arrive on time reminding us of ourselves...of joy. Second time viewing the entire Bhagavad Gita teachings and so much insight yet again.

Thank you  Swamiji.  You have a wonderful  and effective way of explaining Vedanta. Also you translate Sanskrit as precisely as possible given  the lack of exact English words for most Sanskrit terms. So much clarity  and insightfulness. Pranam and thank you  again.

Thank you!

Thank you so much  💟💜

Thank you so much for share this revealing teachings from Bhagavad Gita in brilliant words of Swami Ji 🙏💜🕉 Om hari 📖🕊

Not a Sanskrit scholar, but whenever reading the Gita in translation over the years, it always seemed persuasive to me that by "...neither too high nor too low" Sri Krishna meant the cushion should be of such a size and shape that the angles between the Root chakra and whatever part(s) of the legs anchored the asana should be maximally natural, comfortable and stable, That said, a magnificent promontory above the Pacific would indeed be conducive to much grateful contemplation on Ishvara's inexhaustible benevolence!

Thank you 🙏

OM!
