Should you continue the relationship, distance yourself, or leave it?

There isn't just one answer.

This video explores the Buddhist concepts of "impermanence," "attachment," "expectation," "karma," and "letting go" through the story of a particular relationship.

When we feel that a relationship has changed, we sometimes cling to past happy times or suffer as we wish things could go back to how they were.

However, accepting change doesn't mean giving up everything.
By not denying cherished memories and reflecting on our current state of mind, we can sometimes see a new path forward.

For those struggling with relationships or unable to let go of past relationships, I hope this can be a starting point for finding peace of mind.

How do you cope when you feel your relationships have changed?
