In this vlog, we’re taking you behind the scenes of our first panel with Healing Out Loud through The Outlier Project, where we had the opportunity to talk about mental health, wellness, relationships, spirituality, and our personal journeys.
You won’t see the full panel in this vlog, but we wanted to bring you along for everything that happened before and after, from getting up early and hitting the stationary bikes together, picking out our outfits, getting ready, arriving at the venue, and preparing ourselves for the conversation.
We also give you a little glimpse into our real life as a couple, the ups, the downs, the conversations, the laughs, and everything in between. After the panel, we debrief, enjoy a live R&B performance from J. Howell, head home, and spend some time with our favorite little guy, Nala. 🐶❤️
This was such a special milestone for us because it was our FIRST time doing a panel together, and we’re excited to continue sharing more of our journey with you.
