This is a long one....
I've spent the last year fine tuning my Ibex 450 with various mods and accessories. I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out.
The only accessory I might still consider would be the CFMoto heated grips (or maybe just handlebar mitts). I'm tired of cold hands.

Painting up to your old phone is an excellent idea. It always you to keep your main o phone on your person incase you go down and are incapacitated and separated from your bike.

I've gone a bit nuts with my bike - pretty much adding every AliExpress/Temu/Uncle Wangs accessory available. The only real weight saving that I've done (to mitigate the added weight of all the bling) was to replace the battery with a Lithium Ion one. You will be blown away just how much lighter they are.
