Shalabh messed up the Gita reference a bit. He was mixing up the concept of karma (control over your actions/efforts over actions) and dharma (doing your duty, even if it means fighting against your loved ones)

This was such a fun episode. Zarna constantly trying to make everything about herself is just too funny, and it’s really nice to see her smiling more. Shalabh saying my lovely wife and then cracking up over his own manipulation was hilarious. Zoya, I feel your pain. Brij’s brutal honesty takes a lot of courage and is something to aspire to. Veer’s self-reflection about what if things hadn’t turned out in his favor was on another level. Can’t help loving this family.

The quote he was tryna get at is 'karmanye vadhikarasthe ma phaleshu kadachana, ' which means you have the right to your actions but not to the fruit of it. It is from the Bhagatvat Gita and Krishna says it to Arjuna on the battle field but in a totally different context; it wasn't about killing the relatives.

My A grade goes to Shalabh when he was cracking up at himself for being manipulative. Zarna is always the voice of reason. I’m so sorry Zoya went through that and that the boys gave her a hard time. But maybe that helped make her more resilient.
