I love how blunt and no nonsense this guy is.

I tried this and after just a few days I think its working quite well

This is so unsettling... Reality hits 😮

Thanks for your work. Changing to your method!

It would be interesting to see achievements in the form of certificates, even at a basic level.

Hi! First of all, I'd like to say that I have a lot of respect for your YouTube channel and the methods you've shared over the years. I've learned a lot from your content, and I really appreciate the time and effort you put into helping others.

If I may offer one small suggestion, I think it could be beneficial to support your claims about your foreign language skills with internationally recognized language certificates, even at an A2 level. Ideally, these would be certificates that anyone watching your channel, from anywhere in the world, could easily verify online.

I only mention this because I believe it would make your work even more credible in the eyes of new viewers. People naturally tend to trust information more when there is independently verifiable evidence behind it.

Please don't take this as criticism. I genuinely appreciate everything you do and the value you bring to the language-learning community. I simply think that having internationally verifiable certificates could strengthen your reputation even further and help your channel reach an even wider audience.

I can say that drilling language islands on hyperlíngua and practicing actual conversation with real people in your target language really helped me go from complete beginner to able to hold a convo in Brazilian Portuguese in like 2-3 months

Just downloaded the app and it looks promising to me :) I wanted to learn Persian, specifically Dari and I'm looking forward to see it one day in yor app.

I still use it to learn some Arabic ans Turkish too!

Most of my islands will be in food (eat at home and going to restaurants), family casual conversations, finance, marketing, YouTube success, motivation, getting upset about things people are doing 😂, cleaning my house, politics, irs and taxes, event planning, crafting, fashion design and at home sewing, and greetings/ farewells. That’s good to start with for me.

Wow, love your method. I recommend the same for my English students as well. Learning a language can be so much fun. ❤

Very nice video and app. Question when starting from the beginning in the app would you start with A1 vocabulary before the islands to build a base of words?

Ok going to test this APP. will write back how is going my german. i am stuck in learning for now.

I will come back in 6 months to this comment and update you on my Italian progress

Thank you el professor for this content 🙏

Hola Mikel.

Your anger is justified, alot of people are missing out on alot of opportunities by not learning languages correctly, I started learning greek 4 months ago and I passed the A1 & A2 exams, while I was struggling for a year with Duolingo talking about the rice being pink (to roz rizzi)
I used a method similar to yours, I was working in an environment where people barely spoke english, they were speaking either greek or albanian. Hearing them everyday speaking while at work made my learning much faster and effective

0:20 очень хороший уровень русского языка!

Con questo sistema, in quanto tempo hai raggiunto la fluenza in italiano?

But how does it help you to porudce sentences ?

Wait, do you recommend make your own sentences for those first 200? Or take the first 200 most common verbs, have AI make random sentences from that. Or try to look at the top 200 verbs and make a sentence you would use with that verb (in the english meaning).

Also when doing the passive listening, do you just have the target language, or have english translation of sentence followed by target language?

any time frame for pro prices on the app?
