RETIREMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES – HEARING IMPAIRMENT!
Retirement based on contribution time and age for people with disabilities was approved by Complementary Law (LC) 142/2013, thus introducing a new type of retirement to be granted to people who have some type of disability and prove this disability to the INSS (Brazilian National Social Security Institute).
The fact is that many times the INSS medical and social assessments do not prudently analyze the insured person's situation and end up denying the benefit because they do not recognize the insured person as disabled, which generates the need to file a lawsuit to prove the intended disability.
Among the disabilities most frequently denied by the INSS (Brazilian National Social Security Institute) was hearing impairment. However, with the publication of Law 14.678/2023 on December 22, 2023, and in effect from that date, is it possible to be recognized as disabled by the INSS now? Has it made the process easier?

Contribui inss 25 anos ,mais na carteira nao como pcd, estou desempregada 11 messes, nao estou Contribuindo a 11 messes

Inss, tanto desempregada tem algum impedimento, tenho 53 anos.
Tenho uma irmã deficiente auditiva (bilateral total, desde a infância) e que completará 55 anos em maio. Trabalhou 6 anos CLT e desde 2014 contribui como segurada FACULTATIVA BAIXA RENDA, porém alguns meses não foram validados devido não ter conseguido agendamento para atualização de cadastro no CádUnico.
Pergunta: Esse tipo de segurado consegue se aposentar por idade com 15 anos de contribuição?

Eu operei dos 2 ombros e vou precisar operar da coluna tb, entra como deficiente tb , pois tenho 27 anos trabalhados , ajuda tb pericosidade tb pra aumentar o tempo?
