鼻マスクは家族もつけましたが誰も呼吸できませんでした。
鼻口マスクで圧の設定も退院してからかえてもらいましだが 今は何故かマスクをすると逆に呼吸困難になったりして逆効果にしか思え無くなっといます。
一日5分が限界です。
今はつけなくても何故か平気です。
色々と考えましたが万が一悪化しても、呼吸器には頼りたくありません。
それだけ呼吸器が嫌なものなんだと家族もつけて、学びました。
他の処置はやっぱり考えられないし、自分が母親の立場なら、色々意見はありますが私は呼吸器装着は望まないです。
母親には認知もあり、目が離せませんが私が仕事を辞めて24時間一緒にいるので、母親の体の負担もかなり楽になり、安心してます。
肺炎かなと思い病院に行き入院になり、初めて病名と呼吸器を知り、在宅療養しましたがあまりにも決める時間がなく呼吸器をつけましたがそれが良かったのか悪かったのかわかりません。
母親は小さい頃から側弯症なので、歳をとるとこの病気になる可能性があるのかもしれませんが、今はなくても生活できてます。
延命治療。本人の自由尊重が失われ命を長めるのは、本人の意思がそうしてほしいとも思いません。
少しでもマスク無しで生活できる時間があるなら、側にいて安心を与えてあげたいですね。

このようなケースは普通にあるのでしょうか？
自分は直接関わっていない看護師なんですが🙇🙇🙇
主観的な呼吸苦で、アンビューなら、ずっと近くに人がいる安心感なのかと疑問になっていまして。
呼吸苦の改善に対し
人工呼吸器<<<アンビューでの換気に精神的な面以外のメリットはあるのでしょうか？
手技レベルは熟練者ではないとして。
