Γεια σας! I had asked on your last video if your γιαγιά had a recipe for her σπανακόπιτα but you said there wasn’t one. I decided to just give it a try based on what I saw in the video and it was incredible!!! I now have a couple in my freezer for postpartum meals.

This video just came up on my feed.  So I’m a first timer here….
I dont normally care for Greek food that much.  However, in this video I must say, everything profiled looks amazingly delicious!!  I loved the sights shown, markets and of corse all the dishes here.  Normally, in California restaurants it seems Greek food relies heavily on olives.  But, here we’re shown so many other choices of flavors, ingredients and ways of showcasing dishes I’ve never seen or heard of.  Thank you for expanding my viewpoint of Greek cuisine!
