This time I swapped the fancy dining room for the footpath. A good friend asked me to cater a party she was hosting at her office, so I rolled my pizza oven out onto the side of the street and turned the sidewalk into a pop-up pizzeria.

Come along for the whole process: the shopping run, sourcing the ingredients, prepping the dough and toppings, setting up the oven outside the office, and then cooking for guests right there on the street, chatting with everyone as the sourdough pizzas came out.
