The pipeline of "I deserve to watch something while it's popular too" to "It's so much worse being one of you guys" is peak

He really went from "glitch is so capitalistic" to "if you don't want my money atleast take my hands"

5:49 glitch says the reason they pump out merch the second the pilot is released is so that they can get funds for the full season, because the pilot isn’t really a first episode, its more of like a proof of concept that may or may not get a show continuing it

"Wait another 11 months for another episode to come out" and here I am finally watching his reaction video 11 months later and there's still no episode 2.

“Apex Breadator” made me lose my shit. That was genuinely such a funny comment, man.

Fun Fact: Dana Terrace, the creator of Owl House, was involved in this production. She's in the credits.

The logic behind guns still being used is two things:
1. They aren't used to kill, they're used to incapacitate someone, like shooting someone trying to run away.
2. They're guns. People like shooting things of course the immortal ghouls want guns

Fun fact, glitch, aint the one actually making the ideas. They're partnering with someone to bring that idea to life. The person who created the amazing digital circus is named gooseworks. Abd liam vicker created murder drones

“The Human Born of the Angel’s Eggs sounds like an anime that would have slapped in the 90s.”

Good News! An anime film called Angel’s Egg does exist, it was directed by Mamoru Oshii (of Ghost in the Shell) and was made in 1985! It’s one of my favorite films and frankly deserves more love and attention! :)

“Make me pay for this!!” Danny oh Danny…  that’s why there is merch.

To be fair Danny, the merch is for funding the show. The reason for why each episodes takes so long is because the writes and animators takes a lot of time dedicated in making the episode very worthwhile while also free in the fist place.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY DROPPED THIS FOR FREE?"

The wonders of Glitch, Danny, where all your dreams actually do come true.
(Merch is also their primary source of funding outside of the SMG4 stuff, hence why they have so much merch on launch)

Literally the first thing that came to mind when I saw this pop up was "Hey Danny, you've got like 3 other shows and you're starting another one?"

8:26 you think I wouldn’t notice that thing being slightly tilted it and then you fixing it in the next shot

11:35
Oh my I actually didn't catch that, that could very well be a subtle hint that melancholy is queer. That'd certainly be a neat little thing

Glitch does this brilliant thing where they release a pilot and then immediately sell merch at the same time of the pilot drop and then use the merch sales to help fund episodes, so fans can help show their support for the show while also getting cool stuff. And it works because we trust Glitch is treating their creators right and distributing awesome content for us, so fans show their love and support by buying honestly sick merch to help keep funding them. It’s a community where everyone feels like they can somehow help contribute. Keeps the love going around.

8:19 watching the blue certificate in the background fall and then be back to normal in the next cut gave me life. I seriously was crying from how hard I was laughing. 😂😂😂

8:17 Danny ranting about scary bread, meanwhile I’m distracted by the frame behind him falling in real time 😂

18:53 Now you know how we feel having to wait

6:17 Just letting you know, you can have the shows be the right way round, as Glitch doesn’t really care too much about copyright strikes against reaction channels, as long as proper credit is given, which you already have.
