I wouldn't live anywhere in Minneapolis

Wayzata, Minnetonka and Edina have the best school districts because they are extremely affluent

Eagan has the lowest property taxes of the metro and the best schools. Also a waterpark and easy access to freeways.

St. Louis park is cool for first time home buyers but absolutely not the right spot for families. Schools suck. Older homes. Less attached garages etc. It’s better for renters or house flippers.

Good schools should be the most important unfortunately one has to have money.

Love the videos, but would like to see St. Paul suburbs included as well.

50 miles west of the cities is a great location. Everything I need is close, haven't been in the cities in over 15 years.

I'm surprised you made no mention of communities south of the Minnesota river. This is the area where 35W and 35E split, along with Cedar Ave(Hwy 77). With direct routes to either city, traffic is split into two with short transit times. Most of the housing is 80s and newer with larger lots. I lived north of 394 and the routes into the cities are limited and congested. Getting to St Paul is difficult. Then there is the 494/694/94 junction in Maple Grove which is a nightmare during most hours of the day.

We live 3 hours north west of the cities. Lovely out here. And people have common sense out here as well. We work hard. 😊

What about poor people. Where do we find houses. It's messed up that it's designed for rich people.

Make this easy just don't move to minnesota. Thay will tax the shit out of you and make living hard. Minnesota is in collapse but they don't realize it yet.

TAKE ME HOME COUNTRY ROADS

The wrong area is Hennepin County. Made it easy.

@lordbaelish19 6 months ago

East suburbs are so far behind the west and south suburbs it’s not even funny

@u60188 6 months ago

This guy only talks about the west suburbs which is kinda weird, like he's paid by the cities to advertise 😆

The whole twin city’s metro area is a shit hole

@BadWolf1958 7 months ago

We are retired. I want nothing to do with Minneapolis. High crime and you never know when a protest will break out.

Champlin/Anoka are on the dark side of the moon. The sweet spot is Chanhassen/Chaska/Victoria. Great schools, nicer and newer houses, relatively close to the city but you also have nature and amenities like golf courses, and the houses are not crazy expensive. Wayzata and Minnetonka are obviously nice, but those are $1m+ houses.
