10 years later and I am still watching

Kai greene first 30 seconds are enough to motivate me for today's motherfucking leg day.

The shot of kais back at :25 seconds is so intense, I think of it everytime i do barbell rows.

"Tremendous power rests in your hands always... whether you're a king or a slave" Incredible line

Kai Greene, the true Mr. O.

2015 mr Olympia

The most strict Body Builder in history

“Until you try to put 805 lbs on your back and squat to the floor then you’ll realize yo there has to be something else there that’s really motivating me to do that; there’s no way you can do that and say you’re a nice guy, I might be a nasty motherfucker behind the scenes and I have to really be able to call on that when I need to”

What’s all of y’alls demons you fight every rep of every set?

There's a Kai Greene in all of us! You just gotta find him.

I would love to just follow this guy around for a week or so...

No one deserves Mr. Olympia more than Kai!

Kai Greene please bring your A game and win Mr O... no one deserves it more than you my friend!

I have seen many greatest body builders. But Kai is from different planet- he is a philosopher and artist. There is only one beast in this game so far, and it will take some nasty mfuka to beat him- one and only Ronnie Coleman. There is none like him in history and he shouldn't have lost in 06 Mr. O. oh well its past now.
But the thoughts and mind game of KAi is exceptional he is like a preacher in a church, a motivator, a well spoken  athlete. Salute Kai grene, hopefully you will be Mr. O soon.

Kai Greene is so humble. His philosophy reminds me of Bruce Lee. He more than deserves Mr. Olympia.

Kai Greene is inspirational, I love his philosophical approach to lifting and its application to life ..not to pick on anyone but I watched Jay Cutler's 4-part mini series and he's just flat out depressing. He's a legend no doubt but it's almost as if Jay lives in his own self-induced hell. Kai certainly does not - he's like a monk.

Kai Greene has the best and most unique mindset of any bodybuilder i know of.

kai greene, flex lewis & lee priest are my biggest heros

kai greene is the smartest bodybuilder i know. he understood what life is all about.
