Love my fox revolution turbo, bought a year ago and still running strong 💪💪

Funny, I’ve just fitted a fox hybrid on my 200tdi.   The original covered 320,000 miles and I asked the bloke what sort of condition it was in and he said he’d expect the wear to be half the miles mine had done!
Let’s hope the fox one last as long as the original.

I've got the "fox" core (CHRA) (Actually a turbo rebuild Lancashire core)in my 200. I also gas flowed the compressor housing and the exhaust turbine housing, putting radius on sharp exit edged (machine boring shoulders) I had the inlet bore on the compressor housing machined out to match the bore width of the 300 TDI, straight through 2.5" outlet, large front mounted intercooler, boost ring boost pin and WOW!

I have a discovery 200tdi in a series 2a, standard turbo, I run it at 20 psi boost , goes really well without any black smoke

Mate is the foil on the heater box at 2:36 to keep the engine heat out or the inside heat in? Either way it provides a nice reflection for extra light for working for sure :)

Turbo technics VGT. Once you’ve tried will never go back to any of these cheap crap!
Instant boost at low rev range, no lag or delay. Ran one on a 200tdi challenge truck with 37”tyres would keep up with td5’s.
