Its funny because you can actively see Giratina's mood changing in Platinum when it appears in its shadow form. It starts off just staring and watching. When Cyrus doesn't back down it spreads its wings in order to intimidate. Aaaaand then when Cyrus started monologuing about beating Giratina if necessary it actively started getting pissed off lol

The Giritina movie doesn't get it wrong about him being able to open portals and travel in-betweeen worlds, it's explained in the Arceus movie that the walls have broken down because of Arceus's awakening which is why Dialga and palkia met and also why Giritina is able to move between dimensions at will

So i wanted to add for kyurem:
Kyurem seems to be the ideal indifference aswell, as zekrom is ideals while reshiram is truth, what happens when you have no truth nor ideals, you become indifference, it cares not about anything and freezes without care, it cannot eat anymore, it cannot find joy.

Its not just tau, its truth vs ideals aswell

Alatreon as a placeholder for the original dragon is PERFECT because he genuinely fits

Seeing the Shiny Rayquaza and Zygarde in the anime was pretty cool.

Quick correction here, Light that Burns the Sky does NOT ignore dark type immunity. I know because I randomly used it on a dark type wild pokemon thinking "there's no way Z moves are fully nullified by immunities right" and it was in fact fully nullified.

58:02 It doesn't help that Ultra Necrozma was usable in just ONE VGC format. It didn't get time to be fleshed out at all.

52:35 Zygarde also had only 600 BST when it was introduced. Obviously, both of them were gonna get new powered forms lol, and those they did.

I think kyurem represents the bones and skin of the original dragon. Being cold and stiff, like a husk, as it is commonly described as. This is represented in its ice type. Reshiram would be the blood, being warm and flowing. This being represented in its fire type. Zekrom would represent the nervous system and brain. Nervous system because of its obvious electric-ness, and brain because it looks like many different parts of its body is different hardnesses, and it looks muscle-y, like an organ.

Took a break from watching the Worlds stream for JPR Friday!!

Woah! An hour video? This is a BIG one! ❤

Watching this after meeting you at worlds is like peak living.

16:58 homie pulling Darksiders 2 footage to talk of Samael like a badass xD

52:00 I think that Necrozma is an ultra beast even though the beast balls don't work on it because all of it's different stats are prime numbers same with other ultra beasts (except for Naganadel for some reason whose speed isn't a prime), lunala and solgaleo

0:44 never in my life i would ever expect this exact sprite to pop up in a pokemon video, i missed you brave frontier

Seriously can't wait for a legends: ultra space game. Ever since usum first came out i knew that ultra space needed its own exploration separate from the "main" series

32:49 as a huge monster hunter fan, this puts a smile on my face

16:10 that's just purgatory

21:02 also, take into account: giratina looks VERY DIFFERENT in Origin and Alternate form; and the movie showed when he entered the real world: he shifted from origin to Alternate form. One could say his banishment permanently altered Giratina like Samael's banishment from heaven to hell changed him as well. Unless holding a very specific piece of himself (griseous orb/globe) he cannot have his origin form in the real world.

The movie did say that Giratina changes form because the Reverse worlds Rules don't apply to the real world; so Giratina must change to adapt to the changing reality laws.

I think people got too hung up on the Hebrew inspirations for the weather trio. I can't remember off the top of my head but someone did show other inspirations including more japanese ones.
