EBC Live News is running a series called "Ehime Then and Now" in which we look back at nostalgic footage from the Showa to Reiwa eras and take a fresh look at Ehime today.

This time, we'll be focusing on Matsuyama City Station.
What kind of history has it had? We'll be introducing it with plenty of nostalgic footage, including department stores from the Showa era.

We'll also be taking a closer look at how the area in front of the station will change as redevelopment progresses.
