Following my previous trip to Mount Takao with my mom for autumn foliage viewing, I brought her to Japan again this time for hiking and enjoying the fall colors! Happo Pond truly lives up to its reputation as one of Japan's most beautiful spots, as rated by CNN!

There are also three stunning views of autumn leaves at the Iwadake Sky Cafe. These two attractions are less than a ten-minute drive apart, making them perfect for a day trip!

Hiking to the Happo Pond Sky Mirror isn't too strenuous. I brought my mom along for the hike this time too! Be sure to read to the end for my review!
