Calling 12-17% body fat "dad bod" is fucking insane.

13-14% body fat doesn't seem that "moderate" to me--seems pretty lean

There is also a difference in what women find attractive and what women admit they find attractive

Why am I watching this when I have 30% BF

Okay but the real question is; what does DR Mike prefer for body fat in men? 👀💅

They always preferred this. The meaning of "dad bod" simply changed from old and out of shape to reasonably fit grown man over 30.

And then you realise the dad bods they're talking about is Cavil in Man of Steel and Mamoa in aquaman😂

Being that the average man now is fatter than the average pig, being 13-14% body fat is top level leanness.

Except some women thought Cbum had a dadbod...

Been hearing forever that women want the dudes that have “dad bods” with 20s% body fat. And knew that dad bod was not what people thought it meant

Why did you just tell us about the photos instead of showing us to them? I want to see what the people in the study saw. Very important context for this video.

I would like to see those pictures btw.
Because as we saw earlier, those numbers don't really determine a shape. This is more a range of shapes.
And since it was determined by pictures, that's what really matters in the end.

The effect that body fat has on your face matters so much more than the rest of your body. Depending on your face shape, you can either have a chisled jawline at close to 20% bf, or be moonfaced until you approach single digits.

Please do the audio book yourself, will be gold.

Women tend to prefer dad bods or fatter guys because it makes them feel less insecure about their body

There was me hoping it was 25%

I wonder what the musculature make up of these participants were. 13% bf and skinny is very different than 13% and jacked.

This is why I'm stuck at 11-12% bodyfat. I don't want to go too far below that 13-14%, not because I lack discipline on weekends. Definitely not that.

Most women I’ve spoken to about this just aren’t interested in the sheer aggro and time a man at less than say 10% body fat involves

12-14% body fat is literally well-defined abs, veins, very defined muscle separations and almost no visible fat hanging off anywhere. Leaner than the vast majority of people. In no universe is this “moderate” fatness. And yeah it goes without saying it’s light years away from a “dad bod”
