the year is 2006 your 10 and you just got pokemon pearl for your bday 🎂. the weekend is just around the corner and you're planning an all-nighter bcz you heard rare pokemon spawn at night.

Edit: i didnt think anyone would see this comment lol. im turning 30 this year so ive officially dawned unc status yet my love for pokemon has only grown stronger. ive tried playing the new games and it just doesnt hit as it used to but hope isnt lost yet. there are tons of fan made pokemon roms that have gba/ds graphics that def scratch that og pokemon itch and yes it does make me feel like i was 10 years old again. i love it

Video games as a kid made us think when we grew up life would be exciting and full of adventure...why did it have to be so stressful and boring?

ENJOY TODAY!

Thank you for this video. I needed the cry it gave me at 12AM.

Just wish the mental escape I had would have lasted longer… just a bit longer…

I wish I could relive the moments I played Pokemon when I was young. These songs always trigger nostalgic moments growing up.

1999 i was born. I played my first Pokemon Title: Pokemon Blue on the Old grey Gameboy-Box. It was 2006 when my journey started...i am 27 years in a few days.

I will never forget the joy, this game brought me.

The Mew i got, and everyone of my friends were jealous xD. It was beautiful.

For years, manifesting felt like something just out of my reach. One day I decided to try Sara Rivers arche type quiz, and it changed everything. My result matched exactly who I am, and only then did I understand how it really works. If you're struggling with it too, give it a chance. It only takes a few minutes. ❤️

I never played sinnoh game until BDSP came out. I was JUST a bit too late for it. Black and white was my first game, i was 5 years old in 2012, and my mom got me a game for the family DS. It helped me through a lot. Pokemon's music is probably the best part of the franchise, it never dissapoints.

I love how every Gen has it's own personal vibe. I feel like Gen IV music is the most romantic of them all. Floaroma town sounds like Schumann or sth from that time.
