Today I decided to try the famous JAPANESE PINEAPPLE CAKE! 🍍

The recipe promises to be made in "5 minutes"... but let's be honest, the oven doesn't work at lightning speed, right? 😂 So I'm warning you: the 5 minutes is more of a joke than reality!

But what matters is the result: this cake was AMAZING! 😱

The pineapple becomes soft, flavorful, and forms a creamy layer around the fruit that makes the cake simply delicious. The flavor of the pineapple with the vanilla and lemon was just too good!

🍍 INGREDIENTS
1 ripe pineapple
3 eggs
½ cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
80 ml of oil
100 ml of milk
7 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ lemon
All-purpose flour for coating the pineapple
Sugar for sprinkling

🔥 Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) for approximately 50 minutes.
