Happy 20 year anniversary to the Xbox 360! What's your favorite 360 game and memory?

I’ve said this on the ps3 video you did. This generation is the best generation ever, 2nd being the. 16bit and late nes generation. Play the 360 and ps3 almost every day. Playing Batman Arkham series right now

The summer of xbox live arcade was goated. Playing 1 vs 100 with my buddies late at night was a core memory during high school

Dude yes Blacklist was so great, the co-op was fantastic! Went under the radar being released towards the end of the PS3/360 generation

Lots of good suggestions! I've   been rediscovering the xbox360, the games are great. The prices really surprised me.

I made a friend last semester at college, the only real friend I've made there in 3 years. We ventured to the local thrift store together where we found a $10 untested Xbox 360 S without cables or controllers. He has a 360 so he bought it and said I could have it if it worked and it did. So I bought some cables and a controller and I've been obsessed with it. I only had a Wii during the PS360 era, and boy did I miss out. I've mostly been playing BioShock, but we've also gotten into some Halo 3 multiplayer which has been really fun. I honestly play my 360 more than I do my PS5 anymore, it really is the best Xbox console

Great recommendation!!!

I was on the 360 from the beginning. Even had the red ring experience with my original console. I had sold it over 10 years ago but just bought another one a couple months ago for $60 and have been having a great time with it and now I have my son to get those co-op experiences again.
I was glad to see I could get all my 100+ digital games back though XBL. I've been buying the physical games again to build my collection back and try new games I didn't get to then. Prices are great and they're easy to find.

Definitely one of the greatest consoles of my lifetime.
I have a lot of the games you mentioned and I'm also getting those old compilation discs again as well. The Genesis and Midway collections are fantastic. Tons of those old games from my early childhood that I still enjoy.
The 360 really had it all and still does.

I've had my xbox black elite since it came out. I keep it clean, and she still runs perfectly

Got a 360 when I was 15, it’s my favorite console, I had a ps2 when it came out, but I love the 360 a little more. The games being HD looked so good, even to this day, the MP, I played the ps2 online, but the gameplay for a lot of games weren’t perfect,  but with the 360, games were more streamlined, I loved playing cod4 w@w online.
To this day, most of the games installed in my Xbox one are 360 games

Yes, Blur!

Gears, war needs for speed most wanted and halo

Got my first 360 about a month ago. My first game I am playing is Alan Wake.

Just bought a 360 and playing MW3 online… was 500 players online last night

The 360 PS3 Wii and building gaming PC is the best generation of gaming. MS destroyed the Xbox this generation. The gamers won that generation because as gamers we had options. Great job my friend and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Splinter Cell was epic back then too.

The faceplates on the original 360 were cool, shame that the stability of them was so bad. As cool as the faceplates might be, I'd recommend buying the S model. It's got a great design, and has been redesigned so that the red ring isn't an issue anymore. The E model functions, and if you don't care about how it looks, it'll play anything just as well as the S. But, I do care how it looks, so the S is my personal choice.

Another reminder Blur servers have NOT shut down. As said elsewhere it is an Activision game NOT an EA game.
Even though the servers have not shut down it may be hard to find a game online. The online is pretty dead traffic wise. It's a good idea to find a group or friends to play with.

Great video! I think it's generally agreed that all Xbox consoles should be cleaned and have their thermal paste replaced regularly to avoid RRoD. That said, no offense, but your hardware analysis was very vague. You don't need to avoid all fat versions of the console. Regarding RRoD, it's believed that the Elite Tonasket (Kronos, Jasper V2) is as safe as, or safer than, any Slim or Superslim (E) console. Choosing a Slim or E console should take into account that they are newer, meaning they are expected to last longer than the fat ones. But certainly, the Jasper V2 is as good as any console produced after it.

Is the slime model the same as the elite?  Whish you would go into the best setup. Should you get original controllers, is HDMI the best way to set it up or best/possible audio options are there? And because it is a buying guid you should talk about the harddrives/ Memory cards for the first models. Can you play og Xbox games. This guide is a bit to much like the software videos. Just my opinion to improve others wise great video. I love your channel and think is one of the best options ❤
Edit: I forgot to mention be aware of the arcade version of the 360 and is the Xbox one maybe the better version to play the games? Maybe racing wheels. This should be all what a ultimate buyers guide should contain in my opinion. Have not found one video on YouTube where all this was mentioned.

I wish there was a way I could use the Xbox One controller (best controller ever made) on my Xbox 360. I tried the Brook Wingman XB2 and it doesn't work.

Maybe someone else could find some way?
